Frequently Asked Questions

Check-in Process 

Here's what to expect upon your arrival: We highly suggest you join the entry line 15 minutes before your scheduled time. As part of our entry process, you will pass through a metal detector and present your QR code for scanning. All guests must pass through our security check points. Once these steps are complete, you'll be warmly welcomed into the festival!

Parking

We offer FREE parking for up to three hours at our festival. For ease of access, we suggest using local transportation such as Uber or lyft or the T-Train

Can we arrive early or late to our entry time

As a large-scale public event, arriving at the start of your time is very important. We highly suggest you join the entry line 15 minutes before your scheduled time for parking, and getting to the venue. If you are running late we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate your time change, we will do our best onsite to be as accommodating as possible.

Is the Festival ADA accessible?

We are committed to making our venue an accessible and enjoyable experience for everyone! We understand the importance of accessible facilities and have made sure to include handicap parking and wheelchair access throughout. So, you can rest assured that you will be able to enjoy the festivities in comfort. We hope to see you there!

Can we bring animals

We do not allow pets at our festival. Service animals are allowed to Boston's Wicked Haunt Fest.

When do you close the Haunts

In an effort to ensure that everyone enjoys their time, entry to the festival will stop at 10 pm. All Haunt lines will close at 10:30pm to ensure that everyone in line is able to go through the haunt. 

Lost & Found

Costumes and Makeup

Fa​​ce coverings and face masks and facial makeup for cosplaying;

clothing and body costumes will not be allowed. If you attempt to enter the festival, you will be asked to change before being allowed entry. No refunds will be issued to guests who fail to comply.

Children ages 10 and younger are permitted to wear costumes to the festival.

Weather Policy

Smoking Policy

We are a Smoke-Free Venue (Including Vapes).

Bag Policy 

No Bags will be allowed into the festival exceeding 4in x 6in x 1.5in. Exceptions to this rule are diaper bags, medical bags, and strollers. Please note all items are subject to search.

Child Admission

Children are welcome, but guests under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult supervisor.

 

Please note that an adult supervisor must be at least 21 years of age.

 

Adults who bring minors to the Festival that are not the legal guardians will be asked to sign a document at entry stating that they take responsibility.

 

Guests under 18 must have a parent or Guardian sign their waiver (as they are technically still a minor by law)

Children 3 and under - FREE!

Refund Policy

Please be advised that all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances.

Payment options

We accept most credit card companies such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, etc. Please note that we are a cashless festival.
